Introduction..

Centre for development of imaging technology is a unique organization  working in the area of convergence and beyond of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Content Development and Dissemination in Multimedia formats.

ØC-DIT was established by the Government of Kerala in 1988.

ØIt was established for the advancement of research and training technology

C-DIT is situated near the picturesque campus of Chithranjali Hills beside Kerala State Film Development Corporation campus.C-DIT has four groups, each specialized in a core area.

•The four groups are

ØCommunication group

ØTechnology group

ØEducation and training group

ØOperation group       

Function of C-DIT…

ØC-DIT functions as a total solutions provider to the departments and agencies under Government of  Kerala in the areas of  ICT applications and supply holography based security products.

ØC-DIT has recognized its activities through the four functional groups each specializing in core area.

ØC-DIT having a talented pool of active personnel's working in close collaboration with qualified and experienced technological work force.
